Week 5 Day 1! C25K

Last week was hell week for me. I’ll start on Saturday.
Saturday - worked out. Ran. C25K Week 5 day 1. Brunch - tofu. Dinner - large salad with fish.
Sunday - coffee, tuna, rowing practice, fro yo!! Dinner was 2 eggs & chicken.
Monday- Brunch was 2 eggs & chicken. Dinner was a tuna footlong from subway
Tuesday - Breakfast was an English muffin with pb & coffee. Lunch.. 2 eggs & cheese. Dinner. Steak & cheese foot long.

Sunday
Breakfast - 2 eggs and chicken
Lunch - Fruit smoothie
Dinner - Fattening burrito with chips and queso :)
Exercise - C25K Week 4 Day 3!
Monday
Breakfast - Kelloggs bar
Lunch - 1 cup steak and black beans
Snack - Fiber one bar
Dinner - Half a chicken wrap, basil soup 6 crackers. Slice of carrot cake and coffee cake from Starbucks :)
